1. Use of Website

This website and its content are owned and operated by Fashion to Perfection.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent or harmful activity.
Content on this site (images, designs, text, logos) is the property of Fashion to Perfection and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

2. Custom Orders

All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.
At least two (2) fittings are required for custom garments.
Missed appointments may result in a $25 fee and could delay or cancel your order.
Once fabric has been cut, design changes may result in additional charges.
No custom garment will be released until full payment is received.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for custom garments vary depending on design, fabric, and complexity.
Final costs may include additional materials or alterations, which will be communicated in advance.
We accept payments through cash credit/debit card, PayPal, CashApp, and Zelle

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made after work has started will not receive a refund.
Due to the custom nature of our garments, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

5. Privacy & Security

We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Secure payment processors are used to protect your financial information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fashion to Perfection is not responsible for delays caused by missed fittings, late communication, or failure to provide accurate measurements.
We are not liable for events outside our control (such as shipping delays, fabric shortages, or force majeure events).

7. Minors

Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign agreements and attend all fittings.

8. Changes to Terms

Fashion to Perfection may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Return And Refund Policy

At Fashion to Perfection, every garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because our custom pieces are made specifically for each client, we maintain a strict return and refund policy. Please review the guidelines below:

Custom Clothing

No Returns or Refunds are available for custom clothing orders.
Clients are encouraged to voice any concerns during fittings, especially before the final fit, so adjustments can be made if necessary.
Once the final garment has been approved, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.

Deposits

All deposits for custom clothing are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Work will not begin until the required deposit has been received.

T-Shirts

T-shirts may be returned within 3 days of delivery or pickup.
The reason for the return must be confirmed prior to approval.
Returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags/packaging.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made garments.
Items not returned in their original condition.
Items returned after the 3-day window (t-shirts only).
